Blue lips?
one of the girls on the track team has like blue lips i thought it was cause shes cold but today it was warm and her lips are a bluish purple why?

It could jsut be a lip gloss or something of the sort. They have blue and purple lip glosses.
However if you notice her having trouble breathing, wheezing, slowing down significantly, getting dizzy, or any other symptoms it probably means the obvious, that she is not getting enough oxygen. This could be caused by asthma or someother sort of breathing problem or by anemia.
You may want to discuss it with her or her parents.
