I try to do it daily
If you count dancing as exercising I do it everyday.
I do not go out of my way to exercise. I do play/hang out outside a lot with my friends. I also enjoy active games like DDR or causal soccer, but I do not call it exercise.
5 days a week for about 2 hours a day.
If walking to the computer from my room counts, daily.
Five days a week for at least 30 minutes
some cardio every day
weights every other day
with things like pushups and ab curls mixed in
I try to do it daily too.
I did yoga today :D thumbs up for me ;D
Not very often.
Not nearly often enough, sorry to say.
Three times a week.
Eh...good enough for me.
